Winter Wellness Drink with Organic Mānuka Honey

Our go-to Winter wellness drink to help boost immunity or soothe a sore throat. We recommend adding your organic mānuka honey after allowing the water to cool slightly as boiling water reduces the potency of mānuka honey.

Prep time: 5-10 minutes
Serves: 1 person

Ingredients

Method

  1. Boil required amount of water in jug, once boiled pour into you cup.

  2. Peel and grate fresh ginger, then add to you mug.

  3. Juice or squeeze half a lemon and add to you cup, you can also add a slice of lemon if you wish.

  4. Allow to cool, or if you don’t have time add some cold water, THEN add the organic manuka honey and stir well.

We also love adding in the juice of half a tangelo for extra vitamin C and delicious flavour!
